We selected Bech's ABC due to good pricing. Initial response times were good, but as soon as we had excepted the offer their responsiveness declined. We pushed to get information about pickup dates but they were unable to give us any dates even a week and a half before the pickup would latest need to happen. A week before our latest pickup date they informed us that they could not pick up before 3 weeks later than our latest pickup date. Luckily Van Rooijen were super helpfull and flexible and could offer us the pickup before our deadline with just a week's notice!

Die waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Auch beim abladen. Alles ist unkompliziert gegangen. Jedoch ein bischen lange gedauert, bis ein Angebot da war.

The whole process went smooth and good price. From the coordination with fast respond, to packing down and finally unloading to the new apartment. Friendly staff all the way. Precise and helpful. We moved from South Germany to Copenhagen Denmark. Not one thing was damaged. We will use them again should we go abroad another time.
